I am very low on confidence. What should I do to improve it?

  1. Throw yourself out of your comfort zones. Start a hobby, play sports, go to events; something you have never done before.
  2. Remove toxic people from your life. People that always bring you down and tell you-you aren’t good enough.
  3. Tell yourself you are good enough. You have to make a conscious mental shift in your self-talk. Nobody else will do it for you.
  4. Find uplifting people. People that recognize and appreciate you. They might take a long time to come but keep looking.
  5. Take care of yourself physically and mentally. You have to show yourself you are worth the effort — because you are.
  6. Be a winner. Go out there and overcome your challenges, whether it’s working on your goals or doing something scary.
  7. Build true self-esteem. Every day, write down one thing you love about yourself — from your hair to your actions, anything.
