    What can I do for 10 minutes every day that will change my life?

    It’s what we do daily decides who we will become.
    Here are 7 habits that you can do in 10 minutes to change your life.
    1. Stand-up: Even 3 hours of exercise won’t fix the damage caused by sitting continuously. If you work a desk job, stand up and take a break every hour.
    2. Sunlight: Most people are deficient in Vitamin-D. Soak up 10 mins of sunlight at least 2 times a week. Sunlight is also a natural antidepressant.
    3. Turn off notifications: They make you attention deficit and unable to be productive. Turn off all notifications for the time period you are working.
    4. Meditate: Just start with 10 mins a day. It increases grey-matter in your brain which is linked to so many positive benefits (focus, emotional control etc.)
    5. Uncomfortable: Do something new every day. It could be going to work using a different route or talking to a new person. It will make you an interesting person.
    6. Exercise: I don’t need to sell exercise right? It makes you feel good and also good for your health. It’s awesome!
    7. Self-care: In this hustle 24/7 world self-care can be considered as weak but it’s not. If you don’t take care of yourself who will? Do things you like, maybe listen to music your life, read fiction etc.
