    What are good ways to relax and calm the mind?

    1. Motion creates emotions — only different actions will change your state.
    2. Get that blood pumping — running, sports, anything physical.
    3. Play music and dance — lose yourself.
    4. Do some ‘me time’ activity — read a novel, drink tea, music, etc.
    5. Go through a guided meditation — headspace works for me.
    6. Take a 21-minute power nap — no more than that.
    7. De-clutter your home or work-space — get organized.
    8. Share your feelings with a friend — vent.
    9. Try progressive muscle relaxation — search it on youtube.
    10. Have a good laugh — watch something funny.
